Technical art training (though I’m absolutely thrilled to give you guidance on the materials I work with and to help you build a body of work that you’er really proud of).
An open door for complaining and looping in your limitations (I’ll listen wholeheartedly…and then redirect firmly and clearly when the story starts looping).
